My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the vibrant streets of Hanoi, the noise levels were quite disruptive, especially with loud nightclub music. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a window room, but the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. Still, the value for money was decent given the central position.

Rooms
6.0
The room was not as tidy as I hoped throughout my stay, and the noise from both traffic and music made it less enjoyable. I did get a free upgrade to a window room, which was a plus.
Service
9.0
The service was fantastic! Everyone, especially Julie and Lime at reception, was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. They even provided foam earplugs to help with the noise.
Location

Being right in the heart of Hanoi was amazing! I loved how close we were to everything, especially just behind Eggs Coffee Street and near all the bustling sights.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was alright but could use improvement with more variety. The option to order freshly made items like omelets and pancakes was nice, although portions were small.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had some good facilities, but they seemed underutilized. I didn't get a chance to use everything offered, which might be due to the busy location.

7.4/10

I stayed at this hotel and found it to have a lot of positives, like the fact that it’s just a short stroll from the vibrant old quarter. The rooms are really clean and the bed was super comfy, which made my nights enjoyable. However, I found the bathroom a bit tight and wished I had been offered a room with a window instead of the standard one. Overall, it was a good experience, but the room size wasn’t ideal.

The service was accommodating; they changed my room the next day when I brought up my concerns. The staff was definitely helpful throughout my stay.

The location is perfect, just off the busy streets of the old quarter but still nearby plenty of cafes and restaurants. It's great because you can enjoy the lively area without the noise.
Dining

Dining was decent, with a nice little buffet and a couple of daily dishes, although I found the portions to be on the smaller side.
Facilities

Facilities were good, but I didn't use many of them during my stay. The hotel seemed well-maintained overall.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the breakfast was really good, and the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially Julie, who was amazing. On the downside, the room we stayed in didn’t have a window and felt a bit too cramped for comfort, especially with the hallway light shining in. Overall, while there were some great aspects, I can't ignore the room issue.

Rooms

The room was quite cramped and windowless, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic, especially with light coming in from the hallway.
Service

The service was top-notch, with staff like Julie and Lime going out of their way to assist us. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a window, which was a nice touch.
Location

Located right in the Old Quarter, it was just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. However, it did get a bit noisy at night due to nearby nightclubs.

Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options, including cooked-to-order selections like omelettes and pancakes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were spotless, and the amenities were quite nice, especially after a long day of exploring. I loved that breakfast was just next door, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, I did face a minor issue with some unexpected maintenance that caused a delay for fellow guests. Overall, it was a reasonable value for the price I paid.

My stay at the hotel was quite nice, with spacious rooms that offered a fantastic view of the city. The staff went above and beyond by organizing my Halong Bay cruise and providing a to-go breakfast when I had to leave early. However, finding the hotel was a bit tricky, and while the breakfast had a decent variety, some options were on the smaller side. Overall, I felt it was good value for money.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious with large windows that opened up to a great city view. It was also conveniently located next to where breakfast was served.
Service

The service was excellent, with the staff arranging taxis through WhatsApp, which was super convenient for me. They were always helpful, setting up tours and even preparing breakfast for me when I had an early departure.
Location

The location was quite central, just a minute's walk to the famous egg coffee and a short stroll to vibrant streets, but it was tucked away on a quiet street, which I appreciated.
Dining

Facilities
